Purchase conditions

www.innermimi.lt, www.innermimi.com and www.lelemimi.lt the terms and conditions are the same for all customers.

Justina Snarskytė-Tamošaitė (IV certificate No. 1364648, e-mail: mimi@innermimi.lt) is the data controller of the online shop www.innermimi.lt, www.innermimi.com and www.lelemimi.lt, who takes care that the Buyer’s personal data is secure and processed in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.


Basic conditions:

1. The order is formed between the person purchasing at innermimi.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Justina SnarskytNo 1364648 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). The processing of the order corresponds to the conclusion of a contract of sale.

1.1 Placing an order

The customer confirms the order electronically by selecting the goods to be ordered in the virtual basket. The order is accepted as soon as the buyer clicks on the “Confirm Order” link. The Seller sends an invoice to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. Each sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the innermimi.lt online shop database. The invoice can be printed ?|?/|

A person aged 14 years or over may purchase and subscribe to newsletters online in the Online Shop.

When filling in the order form, please be careful to avoid inaccuracies in the data and order the correct quantity of goods. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of his/her order.

1.2 Order confirmation

The Order shall become effective from the moment the relevant amount is credited to the Seller’s account.


2. Price

Price of goods in the online shop www.innermimi.lt, www.innermimi.com and www.lelemimi.lt in euros. The price of the goods includes value added tax.  www.innermimi.lt reserves the right to change the prices of the goods in the event of changes in tax rates and in cases where the manufacturer changes the prices of the goods. Purchases of goods for less than €50  (if you choose post office services), transport costs are added to the price, which are EUR 1,99 (DPD post office) – EUR 3,99 (Omniva post office) (except for Curonian Spit). If the order amount exceeds €50, the goods are delivered free of charge to the specified address. For purchases of less than €50  (for courier services), transport costs are added to the price and amount to EUR 3,99 (DPD courier)  (except Curonian Spit). If the order amount exceeds EUR 50, the goods are delivered free of charge to the specified address. Delivery to Curonian Spit via Omniva (fee is added to the delivery price) – 31,86 eur (without VAT tax), via DPD (fee is added to the delivery price) – 17,38 eur (without VAT tax). In exceptional cases (heavy goods weighing more than 25 kg) the delivery price will be higher.

 

3. Payment for goods

The Buyer shall pay for the Goods in accordance with the invoice submitted by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and invoice if the Buyer fails to pay the invoice by the due date. The Buyer shall pay for the Goods into the current bank account specified by the Seller.

Items can only be ordered online, as Inner MiMi does not sell in physical stores.


4. Stocked goods are delivered within 1 – 3 working days.

Delivery time depends on the location of the ordering party in Lithuania. The delivery time shall be calculated in accordance with point 1.2. We will deliver your parcels by couriers of UAB “DPD” and UAB “Omniva LT”.

The goods shall be handed over to the Buyer together with a VAT invoice, which the Buyer shall sign. Before signing, we recommend that you check the packaging and the quantity of the goods. Once the Buyer has signed the invoice (bill of lading) or any other document of delivery and acceptance of the consignment, the consignment shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition. If the packaging or the goods are damaged in transit, they shall be sent back and replaced with new, undamaged packaging. Claims concerning the packaging and the number of goods observed and submitted subsequently shall not be accepted.


5. Returns and cancellations

Returns and exchanges of goods shall be made in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 22 July 2014 “On the Amendment to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697 of 11 June 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules of Retailing”” and the procedure set out in Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code. The Buyer may exercise the right to return and exchange goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods by informing the Seller.
Before returning the goods, the Buyer shall inform the Seller, it is necessary to present the document of purchase of the goods, fill in the form , indicate the account number, the name of the Buyer, the number of the current account and the reason for returning the goods.

The returned product must be in its original, undamaged and original packaging, in the same condition as when it was received. Goods with damaged packaging and damaged goods are not eligible for return.  

If the returned goods are damaged or if the product has been used for other purposes, the data controller of innermimi.lt has the right to refuse to replace the product or to refund the money paid for it.


6. Guarantee and refund

All dolls and clothes are covered by a 12-month warranty.
The manufacturer is not liable for:
a) damage to the product by the buyer,
b) defects caused by improper use of the product,
c) damage/defects caused by failure to maintain the product.
In case of a defect in the product or if you receive the wrong product and/or a defective product, please contact mimi@innermimi.lt. The notification must be made within the specified time limit (14 days). The product must not be damaged and must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. The costs of returning the goods shall be reimbursed by the Buyer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall, within 7-14 working days, transfer the relevant amount of money to the Buyer’s bank account, after deduction of transport costs.

The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately if it discovers any discrepancies. If the Buyer uses the goods after the non-conformity has been detected, the Seller cannot satisfy the Buyer’s claim.


7. Confidentiality

The Seller shall not be entitled to disseminate the Buyer’s data or disclose information about the Buyer. The Buyer has the right to request the removal of his/her data from the Seller’s database.


8. Final provisions

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and personal information.

In the event of disagreements between the Parties and in the event of failure to resolve them amicably through negotiations, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
